Cool Dad Brand shirts are made to order. After you place an order, your shirt is printed, packed, and shipped by our production partner instead of pulled from a warehouse shelf.

Most orders are produced before they ship. Production and delivery timing can vary by item, destination, carrier volume, holidays, and weather. We will send tracking when your order is on the way.

If your order appears delayed, damaged in transit, or missing, contact us through the store contact page with your order number and the email used at checkout. We will review the order and help with the next step.
