When will my order ship?

Cool Dad Brand shirts are made to order. Your shirt is printed after checkout, then shipped with tracking when it is ready. Timing can vary by destination, carrier volume, holidays, and weather.

Will I get tracking?

Yes. Tracking is sent when your order ships. If something looks off, contact us with your order number and checkout email.

Can I return or exchange a shirt?

Cool Dad Brand shirts are made to order, so standard size swaps and buyer's remorse returns are not guaranteed. If your shirt arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and photos so we can review it.

What if I picked the wrong size?

Please check the AS Colour 5082 size guidance before checkout. Because each shirt is made for the order, size exchanges are not guaranteed, but you can contact us and we will review what options may be available.

How should I choose my size?

Cool Dad Brand First Drop tees use the AS Colour 5082 Heavy Faded Tee. It is a heavyweight, relaxed-fit tee with a faded garment-dyed finish. Compare the size guide to a tee you already like. If you are between sizes or prefer more room, consider sizing up.
