How long does shipping take?

Most items are made after they are ordered. Shipping timing depends on the product, print provider, and destination. Clear timing will be published before launch once the first product set and providers are locked.

How are products made?

We use print-on-demand production for launch. That means items are produced after purchase instead of sitting in a warehouse.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Return and exchange rules will be finalized before launch. Because launch products are made to order, size and preference returns may work differently than damaged, defective, or incorrect-item issues.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be reviewed through the support process before any replacement or refund decision.

How should I choose a size?

Use the size chart on the product page before ordering. If you are between sizes, check the product notes for fit guidance before guessing.

Will everything be available all the time?

Not necessarily. Early drops may be small while we learn which designs and products deserve a permanent spot.
