Returns, Refunds, And Exchanges

Every Cool Dad Brand shirt is made to order, so we do not hold finished inventory for standard size swaps or buyer's remorse returns.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or meaningfully different from what you ordered, contact us through the store contact page with your order number, checkout email, and clear photos of the issue. We will review the order and help with a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Because each shirt is produced for the order, please check the size guidance before buying. If you ordered the wrong size or color, contact us anyway and we will review what options may be available, but exchanges are not guaranteed.

Refunds, replacements, and exchanges must be reviewed before they are approved. Shipping charges may not be refundable unless required by law or unless the issue was caused by fulfillment or product error.
